Information for customers
What is the Are You Inclusive program?
We’re helping businesses meet the needs of customers with ‘invisible’ disabilities, like intellectual disability and autism. We’re showing businesses how to:
welcome people with ‘invisible’ disabilities as valued customers,
know how to offer information in different ways to make sure it is easy to understand, and
make other small changes to their business to improve your customer experience.
Any business or service can be part of our program! Some examples are cafes, supermarkets, banks, libraries, gyms, electricians, and taxis. But there are many more!
